A new long-term study to assess the changing nature of HR

Take Part

The Nature of the HRD

We are creating a new benchmark for surfacing the Human and Hard Skills needed to be a HR professional, both today and in the future.

We are calling on all people leaders to take part in this study.

Take Part

Taking part will involve about 40 minutes of your time. You will be asked to create a free account through our assessment partners Cognisess, and then guided through a series of interactive games and questionaries.

The assessments use a robust combination of psychology, neuroscience, and AI to measure skills and behaviours.

All results are anonymised. At the end of the study, you will be sent a personalised report that will show how your skillset compares to others across the industry.

The Evolving Priorities of HR

As well as providing an online skills portal for HR professionals, this project will also form the basis of a longitudinal study into the changing priorities of the HR profession over the coming years.

This will be achieved by an ongoing, deep dive analysis of over 300 hours of interviews with leading HR professionals, repeated on an annual basis.

Or please get in touch if you would like to ask any questions about the project.

“As HR leaders we spend much of our time considering the skills of other people. It is both fascinating and refreshing to consider our own careers and future development through this exciting project. Especially at a time when HR is seen by many as such a valuable contributor to the significant and ongoing changes in the workplace.”
